Monday 7:00-11:00

This class is designed to equip the actor with a solid, specific, and dependable craft that he will use throughout his career. In introducing character work through the processes of audition technique, scene study, and fundamental technique exercises, which Miss Ballentine studied intensively with the late Stella Adler, the actor learns the process of working not only from the inside – out but also from the outside – in: from external character elements to internal experience and psychological point of view. This class serves as the “bridge” to the Master Class. Ms. Ballentine works with actors on a very individual basis, meaning that she may design specific exercises for your individual needs. Class is ongoing.

Cost
$300 per month. If taken in conjunction with Master Scene Study, cost is $450 per month.
